Client Feedback

April 16, 2019

At Family Mediation North East we are always looking for ways to improve our service and greatly appreciate it when a client takes the time to feedback to us. We are also very proud of the feedback we’ve received. Here are some of our favourites:

“Mediation was organised perfectly with empathy and understanding. Denise was fantastic, professional, balanced and fair, she did a great job. I trusted her implicitly.”

"Brilliant service that works better than the courts with positive results."

“Thanks again for your time in getting the matter sorted in a professional way and so quickly. I feel a huge weight has been lifted.”

“I hoped to come to an agreement that would mean that my children would be cared for properly and that I could move on with my life, live independently, and ensure a bright future for myself and my children. I couldn't be happier with what we achieved, and it couldn't have happened without FMNE.”

“The structured process and Sarah-Jane’s knowledge and skill allowed us to talk about the issues we would have struggled to talk about otherwise. It is not a substitute for legal advice but made the process of getting legal advice and understanding the context of the advice much easier.”

“Thank you greatly for your input and I am pleased that our collective efforts have brought stability to my children and an ability now to plan and organise life!”

“Mediation was definitely worth it and would recommend to anyone. Thank you.”

“Thank you Denise, I much appreciate everything you did do & tried to do to help.”

"It would have been impossible for us to sort this out on our own and we did not want the formality or expense of solicitors at this stage."

"Laura supported the conversation allowing me to heard. The process created a communication channel which allowed for regular access with our daughter and gave me the ability to voice my concerns and ask questions."

"FMNE helped enormously and ensured we were calm, organised and made swift progress."

"Margot made the process of separation easier. Helped clarify ways forward in terms of financial arrangements and the kids. Gave me some stru

cture and focus, particularly when we agreed to timescales."

“At the most difficult of times the mediation felt so important and allowed us to begin moving on."
