I joined FMNE as a trainee mediator in August 2017. I am working towards the FMCA Mediation qualification as well as assisting with the operation of FMNE. I am a law graduate from Durham University and I've worked as a qualified adviser for the Citizen’s Advice Bureau and as a volunteer with the student listening service, NightLine.
