LLB (Hons) FMCA
I hold the highest level family mediation accreditation (FMCA) and have been working as an accredited family mediator for over 5 years, working to support families to resolve disputes about children, property and finance. I hold an honours degree in Law and, through my work with Cafcass (Children and Families Court Advisory and Support Service), I am experienced in working within private law proceedings. I'm also on the national Family Mediation Council Standards Board (FMSB) which advises and oversees the implementation of, and adherence to, the Family Mediation Council’s professional standards. My membership organisation is the Family Mediators Association.
I joined FMNE as a trainee mediator in August 2017. I am working towards the FMCA Mediation qualification as well as assisting with the operation of FMNE. I am a law graduate from Durham University and I've worked as a qualified adviser for the Citizen’s Advice Bureau and as a volunteer with the student listening service, NightLine. I will often be your first point of contact when you call our service, with the care, patience and knowledge to answer your questions and give you the support you need.
